A few days before Christmas, the Fagans invited us to join them in checking out the lights at the Ethel M Chocolate Factory. Every Christmas, the Ethel M Chocolate Factory decorates their botanical cactus gardens with TONS of lights. It was freezing cold, but fun to walk through the garden and check everything out.
